With a deep passion for fine desserts and European café culture, Abhik set out to redefine local dining in Silchar. Having studied hospitality and culinary arts in London and worked with leading pastry chefs and café directors, he brought back global standards of service and recipe craft. In 2021, Abhik merged his love for premium thick shakes, gourmet burgers, and freshly baked waffles to launch The London Shakes Silchar, securing high local praise within eighteen months.
Under Abhik's direction, The London Shakes was awarded the Gold Medallion for Best Premium Café & Dessert Experience in 2023, retaining it with high distinctions in 2024 and 2025.
